Sunshima® is a wellbeing, relaxation and mindfulness brand owned by Fitnessory Ltd, an online fitness accessories retail company. Fitnessory Ltd is referred to as “we” or “us” in this Standard One-Year Product Warranty.

This warranty is limited to Sunshima branded products as listed at the end of this warranty document (“Product”). Please contact our customer service at [email protected] or at the address below to make a claim under the warranty.

We warrant this Product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. We agree, at our option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished Product of equal value in exchange and without charge (except for the cost of returning goods to us, which are to be paid for by the customer).

Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and evidence of the order number or original delivery document as proof of purchase. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to replace the defective Product with a similar or newer model, or to refund the purchase price.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, repairs by an unauthorised third party or failure to follow use, care and safety instructions. The warranty cannot be transferred to a third party. There is no extension of the warranty or new warranty provided for services undertaken as part of the warranty.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not include:
• Any condition resulting from normal wear and tear
• Any condition resulting from use for which the Product was not intended, including commercial use
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care, including washing or other maintenance undertaken without due regard to the instructions specified in the user manual
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, liquid spillage, accidents or other unintentional damage
• Damages incurred during shipping or other transportation
• Product returns for reasons other than defective workmanship or materials
• Personal injury or suffering due to medical or other conditions. The Product is not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult your doctor before engaging in any new exercise or self-treatment.

Fitnessory Ltd makes no warranty or condition whether written or oral and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty, including to the extent allowed by law any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty does not affect your right to return merchandise during the Product’s 30-day no-quibble money back guarantee period, or your statutory consumer rights.

Claims Procedure
• Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 30 calendar days after the merchandise is received.
• To make a claim under this warranty, contact us at the address below with details of the defective Product. Pictures of the defective merchandise will be required to process the claim, along with a copy of the original invoice or order number. We will provide you with a Claims Number and further instructions for product return.
• We reserve the right to specify that items be returned for inspection, either to the address below or to another service address. We reserve the right to reject claims that are not in accordance with the terms of this warranty.
• Defective merchandise returns must be packed securely to avoid damage during transportation.
• We will notify you of receipt of returned merchandise and will keep you promptly informed of the action that we are taking to repair or replace your Product.
• All valid warranty claims will be resolved within 30 calendar days from receipt of defective merchandise.
