Just as you would see a doctor for an annual physical to confirm all parts are in order, you should be doing the same for your emotional/mental health. There are dozens of ways you can take care of yourself mentally and emotionally.
Any life is a life of change. You cannot be alive and be the same, do the same, see the same, every single day. Change can come in small pieces or enormous chunks, but it is inevitable, and outside our control however, this is not something that should be feared but embraced.
We all see these influencers with “dream lives” and “dream bodies” and it’s mesmerizing, but we can make ourselves mentally sick by comparing our lives to theirs; which only leads to a decline in our mental health.
